I’m the photographer behind the lens—and the voice behind the Almost Oblivious podcast. For years, I’ve worked as a professional photographer and videographer for my full-time position, and then capturing everything for my part-time business from once-in-a-lifetime moments to everyday magic. Whether it’s a wedding, family session, or branding shoot, my goal is always the same: to tell real stories in a way that feels honest, artful, and a little bit cinematic. I’m a true-to-color photographer, so your work will always be timeless, and I’m extremely passionate about getting authentic smiles and moments.
Before photography/videography became my full-time world, I worked in criminal justice—a time that deeply shaped how I see people, emotion, and the importance of documenting truth. That foundation carries into my podcast and my creative work, both rooted in advocacy, connection, and storytelling with heart.
I’m also lucky enough to work side-by-side with my second shooter and husband, Zack. He’s my best friend, biggest cheerleader, and the calm behind the chaos during busy shoot days. We live a beautifully chaotic life with our three fur babies—Booker, Abigail, and Lilo—who rule our house with paws of fluff and attitude.
When I’m not behind the camera or the mic, I’m probably out exploring a new place (I love traveling and travel for work a lot), curled up with a good story (podcast or novel!), videogaming, or dreaming up the next project that lights my soul on fire.
Thanks for being here—I can't wait to meet you and help capture whatever chapter you're in!
